We can be extremely busy, especially on weekends, and you might get a voice mail box. Kindly leave your phone number and that you are interested in purchasing a gown from our website, and the best time and number to reach you. We are quite good at calling customers back rather quickly.

Match Price Guarantee
We will match any legitimate competitor's price. A legitimate competitor is one that does not sell counterfeit dresses and can be found on the designers' website store locator as an authorized retailer. We do not sell any dress line that we do not have an account with. If you find a lower price at an authorized competitor, just mention that competitor's and the price you want us to match along with the link to that dress in the comment box at checkout.
By purchasing merchandise online, you understand that we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer store credits. All sales are final.
