Please confirm that you have checked the manufacturer's size chart and followed the measuring instructions that we have provided. When ordering a "IN-STOCK" item you are required to enter your Bust, Waist and Hip measurements in inches so we can confirm that the size you are ordering is correct.

During open store hours we can be extremely busy, especially on weekends, and you might get a voice mail box. Kindly leave your phone number and that you are interested in purchasing a gown from our website, and the best time and number to reach you. We are quite good at calling customers back.

Match Price Guarantee
We will match any legitimate competitor's price. A legitimate competitor is one that does not sell counterfeit dresses and can be found on the designers' website store locator as an authorized retailer. We do not sell any dress line that we do not have an account with. If you find a lower price at an authorized competitor, just mention that competitor's and the price you want us to match along with the link to that dress in the comment box at checkout.
By purchasing merchandise online, you understand that we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer store credits. All sales are final.
MB Prom, its employees or subsidiaries, will not rent, barter, exchange, give or sell any of your personal information to anyone for marketing or solicitation purposes. We will only use your information to process your online purchase. Credit card purchases may show as The Gerlisberg Group, Inc., our corporate name, or MB Bride.
